Machine sourced from Over Meccania with finished Reel Width of 250cm running at a speed of 800m/min.

PM1 initially produced 65,000Mt/yr, but capacity has been enhanced to 120,000Mt/yr. with expansionary work carried out in EARLY 2003.

Pm2 was acquired by United Kingdom’s BPB group after closure of their Plaster Board Mill in Purfleet, Essex.

Pm2 is a Beloit machine refurbished by Sandusky before being shipped to us and has a Finished Reel Width of 460cm.

It is fed by a new Stock preparation plant supplied by Andritz.

The machine has a capacity of 180,000Mt./yr.
